Almost all the registrars i have seen are in Korean with no English.

thanks a lot sunsei21 and mgrohan for your help guys, I think the solution will be with asiaregistry, the second link on mgrohan post, they can act as your agent to put their address on behalf of you, their price is 86$/year for .kr, I think this is somehow high, but they should work well for now
