ICANN retroactive tax reduction
ICANN has reduced it's domain name tax form $0.25 to $0.22 RETROACTIVELY from July 1 2006.
Tucows/OpenSRS have announced they'll be sending resellers a 3 cent per name rebate in early April (over $130,000 total). Let's see how quick other Registrars send rebates to their customers.

icann is still gonna get alot - when verisign raises prices the next quarter icann gets a small slice of it.
