These are domains for pure SEO so I figured the hyphen could be important for Yandex to separate two words, like it was for Google before. I'll have to check this before choosing the ones to keep.

has an SEO value - even if weak - when all other exts are taken and a lot of them are parked. Look at this
Google France search on the query "chien" (means dog), the .ws comes in second position after chien.com because the website is well developped and because all other exts must be parked.
But интернет.ws can't be used by any serious business, however it could host a marvellous page to explain to the old people what this mysterious "интернет" is finally about, or something fun just for the fun.
