It cannot be changed because it doesn't exist. It is like a ticket you surrender on entry. It is checked and binned.

I have relationships with several major registrars and am continuing to establish relationships with more registrars as time passes. I am only limiting it to ICANN accredited registrars or those where I am the reseller for an ICANN registrar.
