Yes, I was a little confused, as this second approach (going that way only) does seem to concern the creation of a unique IDN TLD that would not alias to our IDN.com (unless I'm wrong on that), in the case of a creation of an IDN.IDN (.com), if that would be done. It's possible I'm just misunderstanding it, I'm not very technical, hence my questions regading the matter, trying to get a grasp on the implications of both approaches.
