Don't need to prove anything.

You need to be able to convince us that this will actually resolve in 12 months time, because ICANN are intending to scrap these names.

Other than that, you need to convince potential buyers these have some commercial value.

On the three R's test, it fails.

Recognition, might look like a T but it isn't
Recall, might look like a T but it isn't
Reproducibility, can't type it.

Hell, i'm not saysing that ▀█▀.com etc. has any real value, except these domains are
just pretty UNIQUE, and OUTSTANDING .. and there are no other domains like these i do know of..

So, YES.. he has to proof me wrong if he did own any such domains back in 2003?

Anyway, i don't see any reason why ICANN should delete my domains, they have a legit value for me. Cool down-_-

hey man, folk round here are just trying to pass on valuable information - you can choose to stick your head in the sand, or pay attention - it's your call.

We've seen it all so far, from the guy who thought eyebrows ^_^.com were unique, had real value bla bla through to the endless weird characters you have.

It seems to be the first things new IDNers do, 1) reg some odd symbols that will be trashed by the registry and that you can't type, don't display in the address bar etc.. 2) when they realise that IDN doesnt stand for idiotic domain names then they go and reg huge company brands like coca-cola, not realising that they have simply migrated from being naive to down right dumb.

but each to their own, you asked for peoples thoughts on their value, and the crowd have spoken.

and when you migrate from 2) to 3) which is proper idn-ing - you know - non-english foreign language url's, then look us up.

meanwhile i wish you luck with it.

Well, there are ZERO other block-character combinations like ▐▌▀█▀/▀█▀, and ▐▌▀█▀/▀█▀ have no registration history...

So.. you couldn't have owned any such domains ! Period

No, you are probably right.

Nobody has owned them before or will since.

Hope that makes you a happy soul, because they have no financial value.

You remind me of a spoilt, petulant child who realises that you are going to picked last for the football team, and then, only because the rules state each team must have the requisite number of players to start a game and you happen to be #22

Okay you are too funny , Blast owned many Symbol domains FROM THE PAST.. Secondly he is making a mockery of you and another person in this thread that made a offer on your domain. BTW Do you have any other Real IDN's to show off ?

I would still like to have a look at his ASCII. I could do with a laugh.

Re: ▀█▀

you losers need to grow up. Blast is an internet stalker who has nothing better to do with his time than find my old posts and mod them. Film lion was right this guy is a loser. As soon as I called him out he starts right in with his passive agg ways.

Idn seller, these children have too much time on their hands, they are wasting your time playing little games.

I'm sure Blast will make a post then edit it a few times as usual since he will need some time to make his witty comeback. Heres ur wit "fuck you"

We are trying to help you and Mr. ▀█▀ learn about domaining, the two of you being the buy and seller of this foolish domain respectively, and it doesn't necessarily turn anyone into a loser, except, well, those involved in the transaction. I'd say the buyer is more of a looser for having spent his money on something utterly useless, but the seller here is equally a looser, having not even been able to recoup the registration fee, and thus at a financial loss of about $5.

This thread was a cute attempt to educate the two of you.

If you aren't getting it, you have only yourself to blame.

Re: ▀█▀

Total B.S. for starters this thread is 40 posts long and the guy is more confused than ever so your education is crap. Also, Like I need some education about these. He asked what they are worth I said 1.80 so obv. I dont think they have a value.

It's an Obv. attempt to mock me just like the genius says. dont try to act like you are doing me a favor, even if I was buying this name I think I can cover 1.80

Re: ▀█▀

Were it not already TM'd, ▀█▀.com would be a great speculative investment to have up and running (and trademarked with both ▀█▀ and its ASCII equivalent) for a year or two before ICANN decides (if it ever does) to open registrations for single character ASCIIs. The payoff, of course, would be in actually registering t.com. The risks, mentioned in this thread, would be many and great, but the payoff would be spectacular.

Unfortunately, t.com is already trademarked:

Deutsche Telekom is squatting in anticipation.

Now, wouldn't it be a hoot to TM t.de?
