I was looking on here for a source for this but didn't see one.

This is the link to Verisign's Idn plug-in that makes idn's viewable in your IE browser.

Seems to work okay for me.

Yes, that is the source of the Verisign plug-in which is the most used in the west. There are other plug-ins out there though!

Perhaps we could get Olney to put a banner up linking to this page for all those who are still stuck with a Microsoft browser, better still put up a link to Firefox!
