Can anyone suggest the best template for conversion on namedrive for IDN's?

Depends on your keyword. Targeted ads count more than the actual template IMHO.

I think it will depend on the keyword and the language. I have about a 33% CTR with a film related Arabic domain with the default template (film/tv header). Have just changed it to "marquee" to see if results are better.

It all varies on the term, and audience that might search for it. I use "Global" template a lot, particularly for Arabic when no other choices are good. Also for game and kids sites, the Ringtones template is really colorful. Also good is the Electronics template. What is needed is a more "generic" Real Estate template.

More important than all that is finding the "keyword" that produces ads. Usually you can go with 'shopping' in the same language.
With sponsored ads you have a better chance of getting paid higher for each click.
