Number of strokes doesn't really make a difference i think. People are typing in domains, not writing them with a pen - number of strokes is not too important.
If 入 has that same meaning (enter) in Japanese as Chinese (i only know Chinese), then yes it looks like a good name.
Again 反 not bad in Chinese, not sure the meaning.use in Japanese.
