China going Multi-Lingual

Has anyone notice how Local Governments in China is generally offer their websites not only in Simplified but generally in Traditional and English, and often Japanese and Korean.

No wonder these guys are taking the US to the cleaners on Trade. They clearly understand that if you want your audience to internalise you message, then you have to speak their language. Is that really such a weird concept?

The cities fight with each other to get the most investments and economic growth. The competition is everywhere in China.
