Where can I register IDN .com.cn?

The usual suspects don't seem to allow registration of IDN form .com.cn

http://web.cc/ has .com.cn listed, but apparently they can't register IDNs, although they can register IDNs in .cn

Don't know whether IDN is available in those extension outside China. It wasn't initially at Domainsite, but you can now do .com.cn there! Anyway leave them alone as dot CN will be worth a lot more!
