With finnish domains, value is not equal to extension popularity. Finns won't buy your domains in any case, especially not from a foreigner. But they have been proven to be UDRP happy. The only deals which are done for finnish domains for for dot fi, and even those are few and far in between.

Of course there have been notable exceptions, i.e. ovi.com (but it was also owned by a finn who sold it to nokia).

Bottom line: if you have finnish domains that don't earn reg-fee in parking, then they are completely worthless because you can't write finnish and you will pay out the ass for someone who can.
