Seems to apply to Auto Body Shops - which would mean it should be okay, if used appropriately. A trademark on a generic word does not convey a monopoly on such a term.

We talked about this before you reged into idnforums.
The term i registered its the generic to talk about those kind of shops.
Its the same term used in yahoo to display that in the body shop cathegory.

And the trademark its held by a USA company and the complete name its "The Body Shop". Trademark its not registered in japanese either.

Its the same, if you reg "Coffe Store", the company "the Coffe store" wont be able to demand you because:
1- Its a generic name and used commonly to talk about certain activities.
2- Its not the trademark exactly.

Hope you understand my point
