yes no maybe?
what are peoples thoughts on this could their be trademark issues or not. But i think it can apply to any ice hotel.

Hi Alibuba,
Personaly I think it's a great name but there definitly will be TM issues. In Quebec, they do brand it exactly as "Hôtel de glace" and I cannot see another french speaking country having an ice hotel due to location . I would keep it but be aware that there is a fairly high risk.Nick
