well, there r many unregistered commersial japanese terms with ~10000 OVT. So I think for 25000 OVT price of 300$ is good. no?

Heres the thing .. you may be late to the 'game' and IMO .. don't think you can pick up "commercial term .com or .jp japanese domain, with overture higher than 25000." for $300 .. this is not meant to put you off .. it's just reality .. people are locking down their 'good shit' .. do some research .. use the online dictionaries .. most of all .. read the 'early days' threads here and at dnlocal.com .. don't give up .. I have lists of stuff I haven't registered (and, no they are not for sale) most of which I expect to be gone when I re-scan them.

My advice? .. for what it's worth .. if you have some cash 'jump' on stuff before it's 'out of reach' .. It's not too late ...

But .. do your research before 'jumping' .. Yahoo Japan ... with quotes .. Google trends .. (Remember .. Japan Ovt hasn't been updated since April last year and seeing as Yahoo has most of the search market in Japan .. use Yahoo Japan) .. Read and learn .. you'll get there .. eventually

I'm sure theres things I missed out on .. but others will correct me ....

Of course .. there are the flippers and bargains to be had .. but you need to 'pull the trigger' faster than those of us who can see the value and have been IDNing longer than you

I wouldn't register these terms neither, since the ones with more than 10000OVT are all TMs.
But the ones in Ryu's list are not TMs. Or even if they are, they are common words, so there is no problem.

you said commercial. To me, that's not a TM, not an adult. Commercial to me is a product or a service, and like i said if you find any, i'll be sure to want them too.

Not that I know of... When it comes to Japanese IDNs, it's only very top names and very dodge names that I seem to be getting any type-in traffic with.

But, if you are up for development, why don't you buy "deleted" from me at $50 and develop it. This name has one of the highest CPC that I know of (at a maximum CPC of $46.31).
