When you use Google's translation tool, it translates to business in English.

When you use Babelfish translates to Industry and Commerce

So just say if had 工商业.CN

would that be like business.com for China

工商 (gong1 shang1) would translate to something like business/commerce/industry.

Putting the (业 ye4) on the end makes to talk about something as a whole industry:
e.g.
娱乐 = entertainment
娱乐业 = the entertainment industry

机械工+业 = machinery industry

工商业 is mostly used in association names, school subjects, talking about the business world. i.e. school of commerce and industry, or Shanghai federation of business and industry.
