Hello to all
Hi guy's although I am not new to domaining this is my initiation into the world of IDN's. I hope to learn from the wise and not make too many expensive mistakes lol. For a long time I was baffled by IDN's so I steered clear of them, now I have some understanding of how they work I am quietly confident but be gentle with me I still have a lot to learn!
Cheers,
Len

Hi Len. Welcome aboard. It is so hard to understand why it takes people so long to see the light. I have just come to accept that it just does.
My advice is don't waste time. Things are moving fairly quickly. I am fairly confident that we are going to get some fairly serious mainstream press coverage on the topic in the very near future that will start to move the market.
My advice would be to think very carefully about the relative benefits of picking up left-overs on the primary market, and trying to buy some nuggets cheap on the secondary market. There are a lot of bargains out there.

Re: Hello to all
Hi & Wellcome !
Totally agree with what RD just said.
I think now the best you can do is to search cheap names at aftermarket.
A great advice IMHO
Because the risk is you spend a lot time and money for medium names while there's premium still at good prices.
See u

Re: Hello to all
Welcome Len... hope you enjoy the forum...
So what was the first IDN you have bought?
Do you have language skills apart from English of interest?
Any main interests?

Re: Hello to all
Hi Len,
Unfortunately I am not a Japanese speaker - so hard for me to comment really...
However my guess is yes... it is correct and means young girl (but not sure exact age range)... also the middle character is a grammatical accent as I understand... the correct grammar usage as I understand it and could be dropped by a native user if they are lazy.
Perhaps some of the Japanese speakers, Rhys, Olney, Edwin etc. etc. will add comments for you - as they will understand the usage better than I (I am partly guessing when it comes to Japanese)...
Cheers and welcome, Asiaplay

Re: Hello to all
Thanks for that Asiaplay - Forgot to add that I do know some French but there are some differences between "Canadian" french and European.
My main interest's are my kids and domaining, although the latter takes up most of my time these day's. I am particularly interested in .tv's as I see a great future for the extension. JMO

My main interest's are my daughter, my girlfriend and domaining as well !
Unfortunatly, my 'third interest' take all my time...
But clearly, it's because of my 'first interest', that I work long & hard all the day !
I simply hope, one day, she will thank me for all I done when she were two years old. Who said go daddy ?
Welcome in the hard life of a domainer...
See U
