Traffic spike today

I recieved a rather large spike in traffic today (about 5 previous days worth). Did anyone else experience this?

Any particular IDN nationality, or was it across the board?

Re: Traffic spike today

Isaw it too. Namedrive had some problem recently which reduced traffic to a trickle. Maybe they just fixed it?

Maybe that's why I got my very first 2 paying clicks today (been parking with them for about a week now)

Not IDN's, but clicks is clicks!

Re: Traffic spike today

Sometimes I get surges in traffic towards the end of the day. Large amounts of traffic with usually no clicks, but usually not more than 1 view per domain. It seems like maybe Google spiders or something coming through and cataloging domains. Not sure what to make of that.

Re: Traffic spike today

Me too - about 50% up on my previous highest traffic day. Perhaps something has changed at the system level at Namedrive (assuming we're all talking about ND experiences, of course)...

Re: Traffic spike today

Seeing the same thing. I count traffic by the number of clicks, by the way. I feel it might be the best measure.

Re: Traffic spike today

I have about 100 ascii domains and 100 japanese IDNs parked with Namedrive and yes I noticed a tremendous surge yesterday in both traffic and clickthroughs across the board. Most stunning was the fact that my IDNs got more traffic than my ascii yesterday which has never happened.

Ever since the "incident" last week, my traffic had gone from good to barely noticeable (same with click-throughs) and then suddenly yesterday it popped.

Re: Traffic spike today

The only significant spike I have with ND has been with my English .in's for whatever reason. I only have about 10 IDN's with them so far so not enough to notice a spike as such...

Same for me but my click-throughs haven't seem to suffer too much, raw number remains on track...

Re: Traffic spike today

Total hits is holding up, but the number of clicks declined for the last few days. Don't know if anyone else is seeing the same thing.
