Suggestion to protect buyers
I've seen many people buying junk on this forum over the past 3 months, and i've also seen people trying to resell the junk they bought, so I would suggest making the following 4 mandatory to protect buyers for Chinese and Japanese IDNs.
1. Using "double-quoted" Google results number: If google results are given, only double quoted ("domain") search results number can be shown. (Applies for both Japanese and Chinese names).
2. Type: Seller must indicate Traditional or Simplified Chinese (Applies for Chinese names only).
3. Trademark: Indicate if a domain is an obvious trademark, e.g. name of computer game, company, or tv show (Applies for both Japanese and Chinese names).
4. Overture (Applies for Japanese names only).
By maintaining the integrity of domain sales, we can encourage more people to invest in IDNs and this will help increase the value of our overall portfolio.
Anyone has any comments or criterion to add, please feel free.
