If MS doesn't list it, you are probably OK. A native will have to confirm.
I was sued my MS in the 90s for something that was not a TM, but I chose not to fight. It wasn't a great domain anyway. I just gave it up. It wasn't worth the fight. I still have the 'book' they sent to me... The cover letter is precious. That is why I am a little gun shy on those. |
