maybe someone from the middle east or Russia dashed into work early enough Monday morning to get their application in during that period, but I suspect this was more likely Chinese (.cn .hk .tw)/Japanese/Korean as they were well into the Monday work day at zero hour.

The Euro/Middle East applications would probably hit the ground AFTER 10pm PST.

I suspect there will be an update in the californian morning, with another 10 or so applications confirmed. .ru .il .bg .ua .sa .ae .ir .eg .gr .ps .jo .mo .se

That's pretty much it, apart from a few stragglers.
