I would say that this domain will only increase in price the more time that passes.

that's odd, does sedo do this kind of service? How about my SouthKorea.com? I'll be ok to swap it with a luxury studio in Seoul.

中國 is traditional Chinese, which is only used in Taiwan and Hongkong. Touch's Southkorea.com should be worth more.

中國.com 's equivalent is 남조선.com, the term used by North Korea to call "South Korea". I just registered 남조선.com. Touch and IDNCowboy, please make an appraisal on my new domain.

BTW, it seems to me that Sedo has hired a Chinese sales person.

They hired a guy Hang Feng years ago and then got rid of him.

They don't seem to have a strategy, but it maybe, just maybe that they have identified a need at last. Well done Sedo. Way to go!

This problem could be resolved by Aliasing.

This is possible, but for cases where there are 3 variants, they might need a lucky draw as to who gets the 3rd!

Multiple Aliasing is not a problem.

All the system needs to do it look up whether a domain is blocked as the system does when you attempt to register. If the block is in place, then it just forwards the domain to whatever is blocking it.

Obviously, this would require more hardware, but it doesn't sound like a lot of lines of new code to me.

There are cases whereby 2 variants out of 3 are registered by different people. How do you resolve this?
