But if we keep like this, then the russians wont be able to register a lot of domains as many letters look similar. This is not phising, both are non-ascii so i dont see any problem. It sounds a good registration to me to use it with russian speaking countries.
Good registration. In Russia though, you can buy a DVD-R full of mp3 music, for about $5, in the open market. Say you wanted Classic Rock, you buy the Classic Rock DVD. That means that most kids have gigantic music libraries, and won't be buying anything from itunes, anytime soon.

Thanks blast. Yes, Russian authorities don't give a damn when they receive piracy complains that a server is hosting illegal music or warez. Unfortunately it's also where most of the spam is coming now.
