No, I didn't forget the xn--, this is an ASCII domain. Looking for appraisals.

I found it open yesterday when I was looking around. Basically all major TLDs are taken. I got Zihuatanejo.biz a while back, and I'm 99.9999% sure this one was unavailable at that time.

Any thoughts on this one?

It's a geo domain, and a popular Mexico tourism spot, along with neighboring Ixtapa:
