It's traditional script, and means: to decorate / to furnish.

In traditional Chinese, so it's use is in either HK or Taiwan... given that it is either individuals (designers) or small stores (not chains) in this sector within these markets generally (and the owners I would think generally have no idea on keywords and the net and are most likely to choose a domain using their store name)... it's value I think will be low for another decade.

PS: this is one which should have been registered as simplified Chinese really (chain stores are and will continue to open in China in this area - in traditional is a niche sale really).
