If the person doesn't have the cash Sedo and the sellers can sue for all they want and they won't get a dime. Personally all of this .mobi pumping from these places makes me want to puke.

No, I'm referring to the problem of closing auctions and sending emails to auction winners demanding payment, then re-starting the auctions and reneging on the original payment demand.

I think THAT'S what all this is about.

I think the lawyers have decided that the original byers DO have a case against SEDO, and Sedo is going to have to supply the names to those people at the original closing prices.

All that remains to be seen is whether SEDO is liable to pay the balance to .mobi for screwing up the auctions.

Popcorn time.
