where can a us citizen reg idn.de's at a reasonable price from a reputable registrar?

i've been regging the non-idn's at Moniker [they have a "proxy" for US citizens, so it's easy to reg.] for $8.40, but they don't
do idn's.

Try Idotz.net or dd24.net. Not sure if they have a "proxy" or not, but they do offer IDN.de.

thanx much...I called Idotz.net and they do have a proxy for US citizens...$19.95/yr

that is one i'll consider
