Russian Tyre Kickers out in force... Means that Russians are "checking out" IDNs. (tyre= automobile tyre, also spelled "tire").

A "Tyre Kicker" is a slang term for a person who looks at something with little or no intention to purchase. It probably originated in the automobile sales business to describe people who shop for cars, take test drive and waste sales persons time with little or no intention to buy.

Not sure this conveys the message but here's thru the online translator from English to Russian:

Russian Tyre Kickers out in force... Означает, что русские являются "проверить" IDNs.

А "Tire Кикер" - это ваш термин для человека, который рассчитывает на что-то практически без намерения покупки. Он, вероятно, произошло в автомобильной продажи бизнеса для описания людей покупать автомобили, принять пробную поездку и отходов продаж лиц времени практически без намерения покупать.

Markits question- "What is the offer range?"

Means what is LOW price offered, and what is the HIGHEST price offered?

google.com/translate
Средства, что низкая цена, и то, что это самая высокая цена?

Well we don't seem to be talking 3 figures, and they are going to need to be talking 5 for the stuff they are after, but at least the penny is dropping!

No problem, your English seems pretty darn good to me. English is a confusing language as many words mean different things.
Just a note that in English "range" can refer to a mathematical difference, but it is also a common word for a Kitchen stove.
It is also a word that mean prarie or wide open spaces.

Нет проблем, Ваш английский darn кажется довольно хорошим для меня. Английский является языком заблуждение, поскольку многие слова означают разные вещи.
Всего лишь отметить, что в английском "круг" может относиться к математической разница, но общее слово для кухни печь.
Это также означает, что слово прериях или широкие открытые пространства.

BTW- Is this translation system any good, or even close to making sense?

I think sometimes it makes good

Still often use of incorrect forms of some words in sentences...

Re: Russian Tyre Kickers out in force?

I am only seeing the usual traffic. Only three North American views today - typical.

My Japanese traffic is about double, to the usual domains, several North American views....
