Yes it can stand alone and it means "homepage" - literal meaning is "main page". Another expression is used as well - literally "home page" - Домашняя Страница - domain name (.COM) is available.

But most used term is just one word Главная - which literally means "main" and is used in a sense "homepage" widely.

Thank you very much. I saw Домашняя Страница but it had lower stats. I grabbed the .net as well but I'm wondering if I should send it (the .net)back.
