It's free, but it's transfer. You should create Your own UANIC (used to identify domain owner) - free of charge. Then I need to send real mail to registrar to confirm owner change. As I know it takes about 2 weeks.

I must tell about this earlier. Is it a problem for You?

English version is only to create UANIC. Redo.com.ua has only russian version I think. I can create an account for You on redo - it needs only login, email and password.

But UANIC You must create Yourself.
