It is not this a TM? goggle.com
I was reading an article about typos, and i found this one goggle.com as u can see it is so similar to google.com , but they still use it. Any ideas why google hasnt been able to take it based on TM? it is amazing for me Google is not the owner of goggle.com

Goggle is a generic term, it is used for sun glasses that we wear.So, no TM violation great pick !! by the onwer, must be getting millions of typos.

oppps! sorry i didnt know it was a word in english. But wow! this word must be a gem, i guess he must receive more visits because of google than because of the word "goggle". What an envy!

Isn't it Goggles? Wow, that guy must be earning tens of thousands a month selling that spyware on Goggle.com. People must be wondering how Google detected spyware on their PCs. New service?

I have Gôgle.com. You see, in Portuguese, two "o" together make the same sound that "ô", and "ô" makes much more sense when you try to write down what you hear when you pronouce Google in English.
Yes, I get a lot of hits, it's my top hits domain. (But very few clicks) Yes, it's a typo. Yes, I'll hand it over to Google the minute they ask for it.

I think they wouldn't risk associating with a search engine, but anyways, selling spyware is very profitable, they will make sure you subscribe to the updates - it's recurring income.
