About интернет.ws... Well as I understand the .com and .net only are valuable. I have москва.cc (moscow.cc) and didn't have bid more than $15 or $20...

These are domains for pure SEO so I figured the hyphen could be important for Yandex to separate two words, like it was for Google before. I'll have to check this before choosing the ones to keep.

For the .ws I've seen the sales you're talking about and I didn't want to bid $15 on it plus the PayPal fees but now at $7.5 everything and I discovered it lol so this one is different Do you want a real piece of the russian Internet ? Here is a small one

OK, now seriously, it has an SEO value - even if weak - when all other exts are taken and a lot of them are parked. Look at this Google France search on the query "chien" (means dog), the .ws comes in second position after chien.com because the website is well developped and because all other exts must be parked.

But интернет.ws can't be used by any serious business, however it could host a marvellous page to explain to the old people what this mysterious "интернет" is finally about, or something fun just for the fun.

I just do not like hyphen in domains, though I have some domains with it.

If the domain is long - hyphen is good for it because it is easier to read:

жидкокристаллическиемониторы.com
жидко-кристаллические-моиниторы.com

But in short domain no need hyphen imo.

So жкмониторы.com I like more.
