Not sure what the value of this term is in any language, including English. See http://eurasia.com/

For one thing, the definition of 'Asia' is different in Japan, and just about everywhere else. For Japanese Asia does not include Japan. For Indians it does not include Chinese? Russia is the largest Asian country, but China doesn't think so. Thats just Asia.

Now Europe. What is Europe? Defining Europe as a geographic region is now not possible, as the European Union now defines what 'is' and what 'is not' Europe, no matter what the geographers think.

So, what is Eurasia? A lot of confusion.
