Subject: Important notice regarding .org Multilingual Domain Names

Dear Valued Partner,

We previously informed you of the .org registry's plans to delete legacy,
RACE encoded .org multilingual domain names from its registry database on
February 1, 2004. The Public Interest Registry (PIR) has changed its plans
and has now decided not to delete legacy .org multilingual domain names.

As a result, Network Solutions will not be deleting .org multilingual domain
names from our database on February 1, 2004 as we previously informed you.
We will be in touch soon to communicate the steps you will need to take with
regard to your .org multilingual domain name registrations and related
services, as Network Solutions prepares to discontinue the provisioning and
hosting of .com, .net and .org multilingual domain names.

We apologize for the confusion. If you have any questions or concerns
regarding your multilingual domain name registration(s), please contact
xxxxxxxx@networksolutions.com.

Thank you for your patience as Network Solutions responds to these changes
in the industry.

Sincerely,

The Network Solutions(r) Partner Program
