It's okay, really. No hard feelings. But I still don't know: is it only in the Ukranian language, or is in Russian as well?

I dont know ukrainian, but in russian the only meaning it has is that of the prefix meta-. If it has any other meanings in russian, they are obsolete and not known to most of the russian speaking people.

Da ja govorju chto kogda ego v google iwjut to iwjut ne v kachestve pristavki, a po kakomu-to drugomu znacheniju. Vidimo v znachenii "cel'" ili kak nazvanie meta.ua.
A na russkom u nego tol'ko znachenie kak u pristavki. Poetomu i 99% poiska iz Ukrainy idjot.
