I meant logging out. But when I went into edit it did not give me a SAVE option.

I am using XP but I go into some threads and all I see are diamonds and Chinese characters, like there is a problem with encodement or something.

I tell you this vBulletin is crap. I much preferred Simple Machines.

It seems to me that there is a corruption in the IDN Domain Registration Forum.

Loading of the front page always seems to halt there.

All we need now is admin do the follow:

1. login to admin panel
2. create new default skin
3. allow users to choose skins

I think this can help. But no guarantee

We ended up getting dedicated IP at DNL to get over some issues.
