Nice to see this, though they should buy better hosting as site is down for now. But I saw it. There are some flash present also. This belongs to Insurance company I think.

Actualy it means no, agree. And particulary in this domain it used in this meaning: no rejections.

But I think this is not a problem. Here, f.e. is the very popular mp3 sharing site with negative meaning: zaycev.net (no rabbits)...

In this case it is used as word .network.

To use it in negative menaning You should type секса.net.

Not in отказов.net & zaycev.net. But Yes in секс.net, машина.net and so on.
