Sudden traffic to HK domains right before expiration

Yes, it's true - I've got HK domains which haven't ever received traffic and they started getting traffic and clicks right after the third renewal notice from HKDNR!

Anybody else?

I have seen the same thing for not very good trafficklessascii that are close to expiration- some form of pre expiration bot or something more sinister.
