Nice find. There is a city near me that also uses the ñ - La Cañada, but that domain was registered in 2001.

I think type-ins would be limited to Spanish speakers, but I do like the domain.

I got the dot info as well. But I made the mistake to tag it as spanish, so now dynadot plays that silly locking game with affilias.
