I agree with both Jacksonm and Jose. I *always* counter offer, but would take the money and run if they say no to the counter. It might be a long time before another motivated buyer shows up. I didn't need the money from any of my recent sales, but I had to balance that against market realities that I might not be able to sell for more in a reasonable time frame. just business ya know...

I think I am going to keep the domain despite the information.
Might be a long time till someone comes up with the same $$ but I have only had it for about a week and I already have an offer. Who knows what the future is going to bring.
Its all a gamble for the future.

Honestly, for a polish dot net single character - that's what we are talking about here. This thing is never going to be huge. Like I said, it would have already been gone...

Don't fall to "idiot domainer's syndrome", where you imagine that every domain you own will eventually be worth 6 or 7 figures, and you'll keep it parked til you die earning less than reg fee per year if you don't get that kind of offer. You know, cut off your nose just to spite your face...

Good advise here. Still kept it.
Getting about 50 to 60 hits per day on this domain. Not really too bad all things considered.
On Sedo getting about 10% click through.
not any problem to get it to pay for itself.
