I like it. Granted, it's never going to be worth a fortune but it is a creative IDN :-)
There are two aspects to this name.. 1. As an accented vowel in connection with Austria, and 2. As a domain 'hack' (i.e. it's trying to say the word 'eat'). I would say the main value in this name, by far, is as a domain hack. Value? No idea, early hundreds?... Good luck. :-)
