Hi looking for translation confirmation and appraisal for 賃貸料.com (rent/rental).

Is this one worth holding?

MDBG Chinese dictionary gives these as most popular for "rent".

租金 zu1 jin1 rent
出租 chu1 zu1 to rent
租赁 zu1 lin4 (v) rent / lease
