Domain no longer supported by advertiser

Has anyone got this for ND parked names? I got this for an adult japanese names. I've also checked out my other adult japanese names and it seems that ND stopped serving adult ppc for most of them.

Is there a better alternative for adult Japanese names than ND? Please, no affiliate links or tutorials. Thanks.

Seems like Google is stopping ads to parked porn domains as much as they can. And they don't allow it on adsense, either.

But they sure didn't stop serving porn ads in their own search results!

Yes, it sucks, i'm now checking thru my adult names to see which got struck off.

You might also want to do so as there is NO warning. You will know only by looking at your parking page. :o

Might be worth setting up a automated script to check them once a week and report back to you if it finds that text.

Re: Domain no longer supported by advertiser

I only have 4 domains showing up in my "blocked domains" folder.

Surely there isn't more spread out elsewhere in my portfolio?

My mistake, yes, it's shown in the block folder. But it's odd they block just one japanese adult name. It's a high traffic name.

Google only runs reports on high-traffic names, otherwise they'd be overloaded. For purposes of adsense violations, etc. If you cut into their search porn market too much with parked names, they will of course block it. This is only the beginning.

That is nonsense.

They are buying your traffic. If they don't want your traffic they just pay Sweet FA for it. They don't need to "Block" you.

Well, if a person doesn't get what he's after by typing in (only a blocked page) then he might resort to a search. That's the logic here.

Another thought is that there has probably been such a high rate of click fraud on porn domains that they risk losing advertisers.

Just speculating - going for my second cup of coffee now.

Re: Domain no longer supported by advertiser

I have a similar problem.

Recently I acquired a name thru Snapnames and I entered it to Namedrive. Two days later, it got blocked. The funny thing is it is not an adult name. However, it was receiving plenty of traffic according to the two days of stats.

Now it shows "This domain has been blocked" on the lander.

Did you email ND about it? We (many of us here) had some issues a few months ago with this and they resolved them pretty quickly (3-4 days).

This is the stated and perfectly rational explanation.

If the advertisers think they are paying for junk traffic then they will stop paying. Google is legitimately protecting its interests, even though the implementation may be a bit arbitrary at times.

Google stated mission statement is to provide the most relevant search results. This is what has made it successful. I don't have a problem with that, although mini-site developers undoubtedly will.

From the advertisers point of view they are trying to make things as transparent as possible. From the domainers point of view, we should expect the same and Rick Schwartz is right to follow that agenda, which will ultimately benefit us all. However, as long as we are effectively excluded from the Walled Garden, they cannot expect us to cough up to pay the Gardener.
