I would appreciate comments on the above name. I believe it means "Saudi-Arabia" with the hyphen in between in Arabic.

The .net has been taken, but the .com was available. Not sure if it's worth regging any hyphenated IDNs yet or not. What do you think about hyphens?

this one means Kingdom Arabic!
Saudi Arabia or KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabic) would be:
السعودية
المملكة العربية السعودية
but NOT المملكة العربية
If I am you, I'd to drop this one!
as per hyphens, some words in Arabic when but together as you said got connected, when 2 words got connected they are worthless and mean Nothing at all, so the only way is to put a hyphen.
for example, Dubai Hotels which translated as:
فنادي دبي
but both together
فنادقدبي
the above is 2 words connected in Arabic, this is meanless, worthless, trash word something like: kokakikekonkamklykbksbw
putting (-) in Arabic isn't a problem since it's the ONLY way to get it in the right format
