IE7 conflict with McAfee SecurityCenter

Seems there may be a conflict with McAfee's "SecuityCenter" when you download and install IE7. On a Dell PC, I downloaded IE7 - then when bringing up McAfee's SecurityCenter - the screen/window would come up, and "McAfee SecurityCenter" would show up in the top blue frame, but the rest of the data area was blank/white.

Once I uninstalled IE7, back to IE6, McAfee SecurityCenter worked okay. I thought they would be unrelated, but it seems that McAfee's software (screens) somehow depends on browser attributes or configurations? Wondering if anyone has seen this or similar conflicts with other software?

Fear not. Microsoft cannot afford to have McAfee, Symantec or Trend's software cause bugs with their own software. Remember that Microsoft recently released Windows Live OneCare which is its own anti-virus solution. A bug such as the one you describe would not go unfixed for long because Microsoft does not want to be labeled "anti-competitive" - this goes back to my previous comment in a different thread about how MSFT is practically run by its legal department.

McAfee worries me! I used it before but switched to Norton.
