Traffic to my Chinese IDN.coms dropped quite a bit recently, I can't think of any reason they should be singled out for blacklisting -- anybody has any ideas?

Yeap, all blocked. "Status: couldn't connect to host"
Something fishy coming from the other side of the wall.

I guess Name Drive had offended them and all their IPs got blocked.
I saw some pro-Tibet political ads a few days back.

The pages of Namedrive and many other parking companies are blocked in China for most of the time. Sometimes there is a small period they're available but unfortunately not that often.

Yeah, seems like most pages i try that have been blocked for months are now reachable (bbc, reuters, wikipedia etc)
Parked domains are still blocked though

(sedo, nd, etc)

SC is not blocked but traffic is below last year when i last parked there. I suspect that the reason is because SE traffic got cut off after baidu drop parking sites.

I have a domain parked at Sedo which passes the test:

自杀.net (xn--tqv960d.net)

This is the only one I tried so far.

(tested through 2 ISPs and mobile in GD)

As touchring said it may be accessible elsewhere..

there is no single firewall, there might be one for every ISP.

i've moved all my names back to SC, i think it is too dangerous to parked with ND, they might ban your name permanently from China, especially if you displayed adult or gambling ads.

I tried one, it's not loading but i think it's not totally blocked, otherwise there will be a forbidden message, like for ND pages.

By the way, i saw names that were sold for good name that were blocked. Suggest you check your own names.
