About IDNs from DNForum :)

Quote:
It seems like a new .idn extension could easily ruin values of the non dot-idn domains such as how the introduction of .IN appears to have seriously hurt the old India domains with the old ext such as .co.in net.in org.in etc. If the .idn extension arrives I feel that scenario is quite likely.

Anyone want to unload their useless .com/.net IDNs, I'll buy 'em for $2 a pop if I like the domain.

Possibly, but it won't affect European language IDNs as none of them require IDN extensions.

Re: About IDNs from DNForum :)

I used to have this ".idn phobia" that a lot of the people talk about. I've gotten over it. Bring on .IDN... I don't give a shit. Whatever comes out will never be able to compete with the recognition that .com/.net has.

Wot, I bet you sure do have good sales negotiation skills by now with as many domains as you've sold. Ever thought about brokering?
