Yes, indeed. Almost 24h later, I am able to announce this.
All data has been imported except passwords which is impossible from SMF.
Making vB full utf-8 is not easy but I got it all right. Unlike IDNF you can now search in full utf-8 on dnlocal.

All members have been emailed the following:

We have recently moved our forum to vBulletin, part of moving to this amazing software is that you are required to reset your password, if you follow this link and enter your email address you will be emailed directions to resetting your password.

I am also getting ready a costum template, vBSeo and a portal.

That was really fast. Congratulations on the new VBulletin. One thing I would like to point out though is that I noticed that the section for Thai Domains should be"ห้องสนทนาโดเมนภาษาไทย" which means Thai Language Domain Forum. It looks like who ever copied the text from the old GotIdn.com just dind't get the whole thing in, so it would be great if you could correct it.

To the members who are not getting the emails:

There was an issue with BlueHost due to sending to many emails per hour (they blocked the account, because they thought it was spam). It should be working now. If not, wait an hour.

Also, check your spam/bulk folder.

Some members were also banned for no reason, lol.

I have done it because to most people in the community IDN means a person other than you. I feel that it is correct and proper to ensure that this IDN goes to the person that the vast majority of people identify with this name. I know there are dozens of arguments on boths sides but the decision is final.
