RU-NIC new service: Registration of the expired domain name (back-order service)
From April 27, 2006 RU-CENTER begins providing the service "Registration of expired domain name" (back-order service) within RU top level domain.

In this connection the following documents will come into force (only the Russian version of this documents are available now).

Regulations 1/9 to Service Agreement: Regulations for Registration of expired domain name (back-order service)
- New edition of Addendum 1: List of rendered services
- New edition of Addendum 2: Pricing scheme

I saw interesting combinations of latin characters looking like russian characters (for example ABTOCTPAXOBKA.RU). No need for IDN here

And KOENIGSBERG1255.RU is offered for just 1181180 dollars
