Yes, when will they get it?
Duck reckons that it is Keywords that matter in critical extensions. The ASCII crowd, by contrast, seem to think that any old combination of Latin characters in whatever obscure extension is still available is good, provided they are in ASCII characters. What the Muppets don't understand is that the punycode they so despise actually meets their criteria without any requirement for being deciphered into Unicode.
